Meltwater: My time at Meltwater is one I am incredibly grateful for. I do not consider this "work" I consider it a career I am building with an amazing support system by my side. Mgmt structure within our department is too robust and many projects seem to be rolled out to prove their worth (busy work).

But heavily involved with my remote team's department.

Qualtrics: Overall I am challenged and excited by the work I do. At times I think Qualtrics limits its own potential by how it is organizationally set up. Bureaucracy sometimes limits speed and ability to scale. Our product and team can be difficult to work with, which results in customer frustration.

Guidewire Software: The experience couldn't have been better. I get to solve challenging problems daily, have amazing peers, and great compensation. Overall, keeping aside what's happened in 2020, Guidewire is a very big positive for me this year.
Textron Systems: In the past 1.5 years, I have made contacts across the company in multiple departments to better support programs and have not only made work associates but great friends and we work as a cohesive team to get work done!

TEK Experts: Our company makes roughly N2,100,000 per engineer every month, but pays those same engineers that amount in a whole year. The company can spend hundreds of millions of Naira on operational continuity, but bonuses from the Client to engineers land in grains and trickles. It is a great place to learn.

Qualtrics: Working for Qualtrics has been hands down the best experience of my 15-year career in tech. If I am given the opportunity I will continue my career here and when I retire it will be the last place I have worked. I love it that much.

Qualtrics: Qualtrics isn't for everyone. Some people thrive in a metrics-driven, high-pressure culture; others do not. Creativity & risk-taking aren't rewarded. Mgmt ignores/doesn't solicit feedback from employees about how to improve the Q. Underutilization of talent is the biggest problem facing Qualtrics.
Qualtrics: Overall I had a good experience in terms of learning new things and being able to innovate. But in terms of dev culture and cowrokers being easy to work with, I have not had a good experience.
Peloton: So far it has been a good experience. I sometimes feel the company takes on too many projects at the same time, with the same amount of resources and then they don't get done properly or are delayed due to competing projects/initiatives.
Qualtrics: Leadership is super transparent, heck everyone is pretty transparent. People get things done, making a mistake is an opportunity to learn and improve, one team.
