Essilor of America: Essilor of America is full of lively, knowledgeable, hard working people. Working remotely is great as well. However, company's customer service system seems thrown together and desperately needs a well thought out update.

DePuy Synthes: My Attune knee replacement device has been a problem for over 1.5 years. When trying to get into from "customer sercice" or the "complaint" line, they do not respond. I will never trust another Johnson & Johnson ever again and will do my best to be sure to say this all over social media.

Better: I was very happy for quite some time, but then little things started to change in the culture. Of course, all the media in the last week has spot lighted where the cancer started. Unfortunately, when the CEO alienates his inner circle and disparages the forces, the future is beyond bleak.

Pella Corporation: They say they're flexible, but they're not. You have a set amount of vacation, aand with the amount of over time, you end up using most of it on personal business. Communication is not good. Management runs on favortism. Problems are under the rug until things go Completely wrong.
Cricket Wireless: The customer service quality and coherence
J. Crew: Corporate out of touch with store, blind to unethical management practices. Customers are sophisticated and polite. There are frequent comments on pricing discrepencies and the store looking run down. People ask if the store is closing. Very poorly run business losing both employees and customers.
Townsquare Media: For each person they fire a current employee takes on those additional responsibilities for no pay and no overtime. For TSM the objective is to operate as cheaply as possible and give the highest return to investors. It's not a company where I feel valued or supported.
U.S. Cellular: I have been in training for a while and I still am training a bit I like that they want me to be successful because that will make them successful but I appreciate that they provide a lot of benefits.

BMC Software: The management team I have seems to genuinely care about their employees. They put your health above your job. You're encouraged to take time to get better and come back to work, while working while sick (even from home) is discouraged. This should be common but it has not been with my previous.

Diversified Maintenance: I have been working for this company since July 2021. I have been doing this work for over 25 years. I never worked with the most laziest people ever! They literally sit down 3-4 hour a day, and don't do the job they were hired to do! I have reported to my area manager, he does nothing about it!!!!!
Petco: We use to put so much focus on finding solutions to help pet parents and making sure we were not like car salesmen. Now all they care about is how many vital care memberships you can sell in a week. The fun is gone and there are to many daily metrics to even get all of your part timers to care about

I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.

The Container Store: They hire excellent workers and then use the "churn and burn" technique to extract as much use out of them before they become disillusioned and quit. The attrition rate is through the roof. Store management is toxic and cliquish and perpetuate an "us against them" mentality.

No paperwork spelling details of your "deal" until you read the specifics on a tablet and discover the outright lies!

Ubisoft: This brand has so much potential to be great if they just listened to their fanbase when it comes to games. All they do is take a game slap new paint on it and put it back out there with the same problems as before. And logging in is bad too. It is so sad that it has gone downhill so far and fast.
Jostens: Feel only way out, and not the only one, is to end our lives to get away from pure hell.

Bertucci's: Whilst working at Bertucci's, angry customers respect us more than managment. At least angry customers are honest about how they feel and they don't ignore your requests. Managment constantly avoids and manipulates what you ask of them. So long as labor is low, managment is happy.

Dunkin': the job itself is not bad and i enjoy what i do there but the management is horrible and my boss treats her employees VERY poorly.
Hot Topic: It is a mess. We get our schedule over FB infact everything is on FB. The worst part about that is there are several groups you are put in and all day and night you are getting messages. Most have nothing to do with work. There are more people that are in a supervisor role than there are associates

The wait time on hold is excessive , and the staff --in Minot ND and other locations-- keeps saying that is not my department.

UKG: It's fantastic. In business school case study we would probably come to the conclusion that this business model is too expensive and wouldn't work, on some level I joined the company to see if the hype was true. And it is. There are pockets of resistance to change, but it's a small minority.
