The COSs are generally amazing (except one) but our store manager is horrible. He doesn't listen to what we tell him works and every change makes everyone I've talked to hate working here even more.

Listening to the associates would fix almost everything because all the new updates only make it slower and harder for everyone involved. By going to the lower level to ask you get the direct effects and knowledge of what really works.

The entire environment has turned into go go go rather than trying to focus on helping the members and giving a good experience. There needs to be more listening to the cashiers because they know what works best in the front, not what's being enforced.
