I have been with the company for just over 7 months and its been a challenging but also rewarding journey. The business is growing massively and it is exciting to be part of the changes. I am hopeful that great things are coming and that I'll have opportunities to grow.

The inclusivity and diversity is great. We have a massive melting pot of cultures, religions, and we have senior people who are non white which is often rare locally. It makes me hopeful that there are equal opportunities for growth and progression

I am being underpaid given my responsibilities & skills. I did make the choice to accept the role with a big salary cut as a result I have had to cancel my private medical aid because I took the pay cut and can no longer afford it on my current salary and living expenses. I am struggling financially
