It's been a great experience. I just think Teleperformance as a whole can pay their employees a more liveable wage, especially with the huge changes going on in this world. It would help retain talent and secure the longevity of employees

I feel undervalued based on the pay range of my position and with the benefits. It feels like we should have a higher regard to work than our lives. The work/life balance does not seem important, especially when we are capped off on vacation days when other companies start on our cut off amount.
