At Teleperformance, I have been given the chance to be who I am. They don't judge me by who I am. TP's values align perfectly with my own and that is what appealed to me the most and made me want to stay at TP. I dare to hope that better changes are to come for our branch.

Seeing so many employees resign without seeing a really concrete action plan from the direction is quite disappointing. There is also the missing of cohesion between departments. To have an action plan to which each department brings their share of bricks to improve things.
