I am a proud TP employee. We have very strong data security in place but we have a lot of reporting that we continuously need to realign based on its value. Your CCMS master roster requires perpetual manual adjustment making it difficult to maintain our reporting.

People have slow email response time and completion time of the requests is mostly very slow. Example: communication poster request takes 2 weeks at a minimum. It also usually takes multiple follow-up emails before they respond attributing to waste of time.

There is a need to review the increase in the geo coverage against our salary because it was not part of the signed contract that one will cover multiple countries with that base pay. Also why does a mobile or communication allowance require a phone bill and receipt upload before they reimburse us?
