a lot of challenges and differents mission since I start in TP in 2001, we have the capacity to be best in class but we are loosing a lot of time du to luck of gouvernance and not appropriate leadership in the last years, we still have time to change the actual situation but we need a real leader

getteing more and more responsability without having an additionnal compensation doesn't make sens specially when you collegues who get less responsabilities receive more benefits than you. It's unfair
