I have been with TP for 10 years, the longest in any company. I was supported very well and there were a lot of focus on my development and exposure. I was given the opportunities that capitalized on my strengths.

Its more about the work hours. Since Covid happened, we've been stretching work hours beyond 12 hours as the norm and on occassion, do 18 hours, impacted as well by meeting schedules
