It is terrible. From 40 specs, we are assisting 1k candidate per week and this is beyond terrible. Please add more specs or provide some incentives at least.

Good compensation and benefits as we are lacking specs right now and unable to manage the 1k candidate. Imagine, we are only 40 and not included the absenteeism.

Please provide us better incentives if they don't like to add more specs as this is very stressful from us. Specially, we are only 40 and we handle 1k candidates per week. This is very stressful. Just at least hire for temporary specs.
