Being part of the TP Company is an amazing opportunity where our Mentor or Trainor made us feel welcome. And it's not that intimidating to make mistake/s because nobody will judge yet will help you out with your confusions and thoughts. Our Trainor is really fun to be with and my co-workers as well.

My team are awesome, indeed. They don't let anyone to be behind, they will help you as much as they could. They were very friendly and approaching since day 1 and that's the best thing about my team.

I would say the Friendly environment and the equal treatment for everyone. It's actually sounds healthy when you get respected not because you have the highest educational attainment or had a great previous job yet they value you as a person and help you grow and discover your potential.
