I get paid on time and it pays the bills. I have no feeling either way about TP as a company. As with everything, things could be done better but that often costs money.

You feel just like a number not a person. Even when you work well and reach all target there is no reward for it.

Not sure if there is much that is positive but that is not always TPs issue, it is the downside of working for a large organisation that has to be cost and profit driven.

There is no reward for loyalty and hard work. There is too much focus on how to save money rather than how to generate it. A lot of offshoring of back office functions and some campaigns to SA to save money but the level of service is poorer and results in work having to be re-done or clients lost.
