on my 10th year with TP, started on the phones as an agent and had a few other roles within the company growing my experience allowing me to be able to many roles within the company. and i have settled in at my role for the last couple of years as back office which I love

I dont feel undervalued as such - just feel due to the price rises - and working from home an allowance towards heating, internet, electricity would be a nice gesture.

my environment is at home but I never feel isolated, due to the ability to speak to people when needed, as for the culture TP is very diverse and open excepts everyone no exclusions
