TP has changed from hiring true talent to politics and hype. Compensation is far off un competitive with other vendors thus our hiring results tend to end in low performance. Overstretching resources with multiple task which is supposed to be designed for 2-3 people lumped into 1 resource

Allocate proper hc per task to decrease error rates and lessen unnecessary stress. Leaders shoukd have a defined outline of task responsibilities. Cost cutting is causing increase back and forth, errors on task due to over stretching personnel coverage on top of without proper onboarding.
