it's not Tp, it's mostly the local management. Tp is great but local management is taking it's toll on the company goals.

care for their employees. we are not robots. we have feelings and mouths to feed not only them. it would be a great help if the incentives and pay releases early not in 6pm in the evening or not releasing the incentives as communicated bms communications.
