It's the best company I have ever worked for. I believe this will be the last company I will ever work for and plan on retiring from Waste Connections.

The comradery. We get together regularly and have a lot of fun.

I love the Servant Leadership model they have at Waste Connections. It empowers their people and it is great.

The combination of salary, bonus and stock options. Health benefits are top notch and the matching 401K is awesome.

Everyone is very friendly and no matter what site or office you go to, it is the same vibe. Very welcoming.

The company embraces a team first mentality and I love that. Everyone from top to bottom has a voice on my team and it makes the team more productive and efficient.

I love the fact the in the office it feels like a family owned company but in reality we are a large corporation. As we have grown; the company has not lost where it came from.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a lengthy interview process as I met with multiple people but it showed they cared about who they hire. The process may be longer than some places but they just want to get it right the first time.
