I think leadership is incompetent and greedy.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
interview was 5 minutes. You're telling me in 5 minutes you can decide whether or not you can determine if this person is a good fit who won't cost you money? Hilarious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't rely on a piece of paper to tell you everything about a person. Remember, just because it's an Mts job to make tier 6 each month, doesn't mean that a manager will allow it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If they like you, you get invited to be a part of all the social events. If you're a person who is a bit of an introvert, they ostracize you! Just perfect if you ask me!
