No drama and everyone genuinely wants the best for each other. Negativity and gossip are frowned upon and you cannot get ahead by stepping on people. Our Leaders recognize us for our positivity and kindness. We are encouraged to do the right thing always.
Our base salaries are not in line with market value right now. Neither is our PTO plan. We do not get 401k matching or stock purchasing options. Definitely huge areas for improvement. However, as a high producer, these things are fine because my commission outweighs a lot it.
Our leaders are incredibly transparent, down to earth, and prioritize their people. The support we receive from our market managers all the way up to our executives is second to none. My favorite thing about our Beacon Hill leaders is that they listen to our feedback and they implement our requests!
