Encouragement through a tough market and reassurance by the company that they do not lay people off if they are working hard. They don't cut people when the market is down.

When the presidents clubs requirements were increased I felt that was different than I was told when hired on. I was told that the company never changes quotas. I also believe base salaries are lower than they should be. Commission structure is great.
