My experience started positively, but now that I have been here for several years I see how toxic the culture is and how the expectations lead to burnout. It is impossible to find work life balance- this job is all consuming. You will never feel like you're good enough in the eyes of management.

Actually listening to the needs of their employees and not just pushing metrics for the sake of metrics. Our team is incredibly dedicated, motivated, gritty, and genuinely kind, but leadership is pushing us to operate at a pace that is unsustainable. Everyone is burnt out.
