Beacon Hill has been like a home to me throughout everything going on with both Coronavirus and everything else that has been going on in 2020. My coworkers and managers and Director all find it extremely important to check in with everyone to make sure things are okay, and that, to me, is family.

Everyone is very inclusive and they try to life people up in a health competitive way, instead of tearing people down and competing to the enth degree.

I think they do a very good job of giving people praise, where praise is due. They also are great at motivating people to be the best they can be!

The culture and environment is very centered around it's employees. Beacon Hill knows how to care for each and every person in the organization, and certainly makes that known through numerous actions - specifically those taken during COVID-19.

I feel as though during the pandemic they should have altered a few numbers for opportunities such as Rookie Club or Promotion. It is discouraging sometimes to go into work, be working just as hard as the others, but not be able to reach the goals because of the pandemic.
