Andy Wang needs to get better at messaging that is more inclusive and doesn't overtly highlight his privilege. It's really discouraging to see our white, male CEO try to solve some of the bigger issues in our country by just telling us to be nice to each other.

I feel undervalued by the fact that I don't have a work computer or phone and that BH doesn't allow me to expense any of the costs of working from home. I've had to replace my computer - it stopped working due to overuse - and BH woudn't reimburse any of it. I only use it for work.
