My overall experience at Beacon Hill has been great so far. I've only been an employee here for about 9 months now and I love it. My team is truly helpful with anything and everything that I ask about no matter what it is. Also, I enjoy I've gotten to know my team since I started given everything.

One of the most positive things about the company culture are the games via zoom or webex meetings. I've been able to meet new people at Beacon Hill and socialize in a different and new way which I thought was super fun.

Our weekly meetings allow us to step back from work duties and responsibilities for a little bit and get to know one another a little bit more. It sets a sort of balance during each week which is necessary, especially during the change to working from home.

The goals are clear for the organization and personally, I've been able to set short-term goals for myself that will benefit the long-term goals of the organization. Everyone pushes one another to be their best and do their best with the weekly and monthly tasks set by my supervisors.

What makes me happy is knowing when I've gotten the necessary work done that needs to get done. I made a daily to do list and keep track of a more detailed to do list on my monitor. This allows me to stay organized for the day to follow.
