I would like for the path to promotions and raises was clearer. Right now I feel like the path is either confusing or unknown.

I feel like I might start excited at the begging of the week but often times the long hours get to me and that dampers the excitement.

Being able to do fun, interesting and useful work and also being able to that kind of work from home, both those things make me the happiest in equal amount.
