Most of my co-workers have grown because of the sheer buoyancy of the market and they do not value basics Some comments are condescending though subtle but politically correct. Personal whims and fancy drives decisions. Boss management is prime than larger company.
Leaders have to be trained to believe that every single person matters. Decisions based on personal preference has to stop. Very senior leaders chose to ignore bad decisions for reasons unknown to me. I will refuse to believe they do not see what I can see. Some get extra leverage
Sir, the market has moved in market median. Most of us will also be getting offers, but the inertia and loyality keep me going in this company. There is no trigger for me to consider change till I see that vision, strategy and culture aligned. So Trigger will be culture not compensation
