Being a part of this internationally operating company makes me proud, the cooperation with colleagues worldwide makes me happy. A corporation brings a lot of bureaucracy and administration with it, which sometimes slows us down in our flexibility. On the whole, however, I feel very comfortable.

I would be happy if there were similar salaries for the same jobs, I understand that salaries are also adjusted to the amount of a budget to be responsible, but this can also be expressed in the amount of bonuses
