overall, I'm happy I still have work, especially during this pandemic. I'm just not satisfied with the direction our roles are going, it's too much for a person to handle. too many meetings unlike when we had a separation for case handling and HRBP roles. I'd rather have that separation again

I got promoted about 6months ago - i honestly feel that i wasn't given a fair increase, it even is possible that LCNX employees are not getting the same increase as that of LCVG's
