I love my Job in the People Solutions, to see results, support the teams and do an impact. But the work pace is extremly fast and the amount of work is extremly high and subjetive its getting higher. Too often I work more then I am paid. I have winderful collegues with whom I am looking forward :-)

opportunities to get promoted internal and to develop with the company. Every are so felxible solutionorientad, the whole staff in all departments is very coulourfull, so many different interessting persons and collegues.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The Leadership Team in the People Solutions Department have so many very good ideas. But the Leadership in the upper Management/Financial/CEO often do not approve some very good ideas. th ePS team is very enganged, optimistic and motivate and support all the time.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
A reguarly Pay Raise because of gaining expirience; a Bonus System kind of the agents have or something in common; Financial help to get certificates and seminars outside the company to get better in our job and get some external impulses and to wieder our horizion;
