Comparable to other colleagues with the same years of experience and the same certifications, I do believe that I'm underpaid. Also, the PTO/US holiday calendar needs to be updated. We should have at least 4 weeks of PTO and more extensive holiday calendar. Eg. MLK, Juneteenth, Blk Fri, Easter
