Care about helping your employees create an actual life outside of the work that they enjoy and a work environment that doesn't trigger their mental, physical and emotional health.

I feel some of my superiors don't fully care about me as a person outside of my position in the company. And I'd feel better about my compensation if I knew it would progress over time and over the effort and results I achieve.

The fact that some of us get bored but still have substantial workloads talks about the low quality of work we're doing. The company's culture needs to get better at prioritizing its employees' mental health and wellbeing, and allowing them to build the life they want OUTSIDE of their job.
