Culture statement is great but not exercised well. That needs to be kept on check. Being Bold is not something acceptable.
Recognize and appreciate the people's effort. Be more acceptive and less reactive. Managers should focus on helping team members grow then dictating the what needs to be done.
How are we compensated? Support functions work and its contribution is ignore and valued less. No of years of exp and recognition of the work done is not fair.
Clear path which shows ultimate goal. Which area company wants to build its USP in as going all over wont fetch any success. Company culture is great but is it being exercised at the grassroot level is something needs to be checked on. Leadership needs to stay more connected to its people.
