I think that the company is really good overall. I think that clearer communication on directives from the top down as well as within the different divisions of CNX would help improve the overall experience. It helps no one when teams work in silos. We all perform better when information is shared.

The package is pretty standard, yes I am satisfied but not impressed. Nothing really stands out as the best.

I am happy when I get to work with my collegues to develop presentation to explain processes/policies. I am also happy when I get to talk to employees/managers and provide them with guidance.

My scope has grown two years in a row and I have not been promoted/compensated for this growth in my current role. I have providede I frequently have offers extended to me from previous employers and other companies. I love the culture and my team but financially I do not know how long I can say no.
