Over the years there have been challenges however, I firmly believe that those challenges do mold you and provide you with opportunities of growth as well. My experience is beyond what I ever expected. Concentrix was my first job ever in the workforce and this was the best decision for my future.

I love working at Concentrix. All of the managers that I have reported to have always been supportive and really driven me to be the best version of myself. I am so thankful for all of the growth and opportunities Concentrix has provided me.

My gamechangers that I communicate with every single day and also my team because we are like a family and work together so well. The leadership that we have is incredible too.

Our TA team is really great, there are always going to be areas to improve which there always are in any team or department. However, for the most part we work cohesively together.

We really support one another and are always reaching out and there when each other do need it. Also the encouragement and amazing cohesiveness that we do have together to be one and collaborate collectively in all that we do to ensure the success of the entire team.

The engagement and involvement that we have with mental wellness now. I feel like when I did become employed with Concentrix in 2013 (Stream at the time) I rarely heard anything to do with mental wellness or wellbeing and now I love how it is our new normal.

The team that does report under our senior TA leader is really great. We work extremely cohesively together and collaborate so well together. We really are the dream team and we all have something different/unique that we bring to the table and that is what makes us so successful.

My candidates and also my peers at work. I am incredibly passionate about what we do at Concentrix and in TA I love building that relationship with others and really guiding them along their career journey and getting that started. They are the highlight to my days. Also my team makes me happy too!

I love how supportive and relatable they are. No matter the title they are very approachable but also do what they need to as leadership. I really look up to all of the management team within TA and within our company. I firmly believe that we do have the best leadership team as an organization.

We all need money to survive. However, the way that I see it is yes my compensation does coincide with my work ethic and truly all that I bring to the table and have brought to the table being employed with Concentrix for 12 years and counting. I truly do it for our people and culture.

I am so thankful that I did have a pay increase within the last year that I was truly deserving of and our TA management, directors took this time to really let me know how important that I am and I am truly deserving of this. They were amazing through out the entire process and made me feel valued.
