Overall, I have been happy with the company. I would like to see some changes made with some leadership, and see them be held more accountable. I would also like to see some pay changes and more opportunity to move up when in certain roles. However, I am still happy and love the company.

The ability to reach someone in leadership and get a quick response. The ability to speak freely and voice my concerns without being judged/reprimanded.

I feel compensation is not competitive enough. Especially when some gamechangers make more than someone is an admin role. We sometimes hire gamechangers that make 2-3 dollars more than we do.
