Company culture can improve with more fairness and transparency in promotions. Leadership roles should go to skilled and deserving employees. Extra efforts like overtime and working 6 days should be properly compensated with OT or double pay to boost morale.

Un fair promotions on the basic of self made team. Skilled and overtime given TTBU executive are been neglected, seems if they will be promoted then who will do their work. I am the victim for the same. It's been 6 years waiting for promotion from CL-10 to CL-9 A. Leadership is holding it.
