Challenging at first, as this is my first Call Centre job. 4 years laters, 3 accounts later, I'm still loving this job and feel very engaged. Its one of the best companies that I've had the pleasure to work for. Very happy.

My co-workers, leadership team, and just everyone else on different accounts. It's nice to go outside and mingle with them.

If you work hard and meet all of your KPI's you will get your incentive - yearly bonus. I think that is fair.

We have a lot of staff engagement activities that keeps us occupied and entertained. Plus, as a team we tend to be a bit rowdy and we're always clowning around with leadership. As a team we're always together doing our work or doing fun activities.
