I didn't expect to like it as much as I do, but the culture here is really great. The tone and enviornment welcomes and celebrates diversity.

Though the first few years were rough, I feel like Concentrix is really starting to focus more and try to be the standout provider in the market

It used to be better than it is. I think there was too much non-strategic growth and rather than move forward with a plan, we just cobble together the pieces and parts and try to divine the CEOs intentions on the rare time anyone can get him to focus. But this is also common in companies our size.

Overall I do enjoy the job and I work with good people. There were some very big changes last year and I don't feel that the exec team handled them well, though things have gotten better this year. I know that I could lose my job tomorrow for an arbitrary reason that is unrelated to my performance

The package is pretty standard. Days off in the US are pretty sparse compared to any other country that I've interfaced with.

We are good about merging our strengths and dividing labor evenly between our teams to make sure the best product is produced in the least reasonable amount of time.

We don't get a lot of clear direction, but everyone I work with is invested in solving the problems in front of us to the best of our collective ability. If we ever get clear direction and consistent feedback, we're unstoppable.

there is a lack of a clear plan and sense of purpose. Everything is thrown together without consulting subject matter experts on the team. It's demoralizing and demotivating to have to rush to complete tasks in timelines that don't allow for quality work or advanced planning.
