I believe its the people and my manager. I think we are an innovative company with the right goals in mind but in order to retain employees I believe compensation needs to be looked at.

I believe we should be compensated a bit more than we currently are in my specific role. compared to others in my role in a contact centre environment throughout the city they are paid more.
