When I get to work on really interesting campaigns, when I get some extra time to catch up with my coworkers who I may not get to talk with every day, and when I get to watch the company grow and evolve in its size and capabilities in real time.

I feel like my Managers truly care about me, my wellbeing, and my growth here at Concentrix. They invest time in me and allow me to challenge myself when taking on projects. I feel that they genuinely listen to me, my feelings, and my concerns. I know I can always come to them for support.

My team is always willing to lend one another a helping hand. We understand the nature of our work can be really intense and fast paced, and we are always there to support each other. We also just gel so well as a group - We enjoy spending time together on calls catching up and chatting.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel I am not being compensated at proper market value. I do a significant amount of work for my team and am someone they consistently rely on for task completion, which I always handle promptly and to the best of my ability. I feel my pay doesn't reflect the value I bring to my team.
