The company has great opportunities to assert itself in the market, but the wrong decisions are obviously being made. The employees are literally burnt out due to the high pressure. The experience I have had so far is unfortunately not the best.

The monthly salaries do not correspond to market conditions. The volume of work is not even remotely in line with the salary.

There is no appreciation of work performance. Personal career development is not a topic of discussion. Many tasks are more of a waste of time than a benefit. The basic problems are not worked on, even if they are known. It is clear that there are people who are prioritised within the company.
