After Phil joined it has improved for the better (but with no communication its somewhat scary). My experience is overall negative (toxic, harassment, threats, ++) and I hate it .. but the focus on the vision and what this means for all my clients employees is what really drives me .. 300 letters :(

I am able to contribute making a difference for all the people working at my clients site. People make the difference!

COMMUNICATION!!! Also, all the communication I have end up focusing on my forecast. Even my 1-1 and development conversation end up in a forecasting report.

Im not sure the culture is all that positive. Lots of great people, but I also experience a lot of "toxic", specially from a management and central regions (larger regions/countries, maybe because they are closer to management?)
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My base salary has not changed since I started 7 years ago. I could easily go to a competitor (and they have been pushing for this) and make twice the money, but in the end of the day I stay because I believe in the vision! (the old one, the new vision is somewhat unclear to me).
