The pay and benefits are not competitive with the industry - but I believe that this is changing. There has been a lot of change and pain over the last 1.5 years -but I believe that we are turning a corner. Going private will allow us to make changes faster-silos and lack of sharing remain an issue

The most positive thing is that the culture is changing. There are many little fiefdoms - they are being broken down, consolidated, and sharing is starting to occur. I am finally feeling hopeful.

The Saba SC team is very "pro-sharing". We are slowly getting the CSOD SCs to do the same. We are working to further break down silos so that we can succeed as a group.

Our benefits are truly lacking. Previously, my entire family was on my benefits. We had to change our benefits so that my husband and children were covered by my husbands benefits. Futhermore, when I received a promotion to VP - I received a 2K base salary increase.
