The experience started out great, wit ha focus on the employee and the customer. However recent changes have taken the focus off the employee. I'm still here because I enjoy t he work I'm doing and see a lot of opportunity. I hope we see improvements in the employee experience.

I enjoy the work I'm doing. I appreciate that we are willing to explore ways to do better.

I cannot think about anything positive. We've transitioned from a hip CA tech company, listening to employees and making proactive changes. We've a lot of that with the departures of Adam and Phil.

I agree that the leadership within my business unit is effective and working on the right priorities. I would like to see the CEO more focused on employee engagement and building back the strong culture we once had.

Depending on the team, CSOD has very talented employees. Some teams have higher expectations and standard than others. If we're not willing to remove those employees, then some managers need to do better at helping employees find other roles to optimize their skills.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Equity bonuses were lost when the company went private, which was about 25% of our salary, and no. I would like to see higher pay to adjust fairly. Company should have prioritize mental health days like is happening at most tech companies, unlimited PTO is a benefit for the company, not employee
