Goals and OKRs. A change to bonuses was made (30% tied to client retention) with no metric tied to this, or explanation of how we can achieve it. Executive team has not explained after months of asking.

Health insurance options are bad (Kaiser HMO or HDHP), premiums are high. 401k match is poor. Equity offerings are just okay. Many of us don't have a voice - rocking the boat and challenging the status quo is discouraged.

Development moves too slowly. We keep reinventing the wheel instead of using existing technology. Working cross-team requires influence due to lack of common vision and priorities. Long-time executives leaving is disturbing. Company message is always positive with little light shed on problems.

Spend more on team and company events. We used to have an event quarterly; I don't remember how long ago the last one was. Stop reinventing everything. Stick to OKRs and work toward a common vision. Avoid more layoffs. Stop acquiring companies - let's fix CSOD first.
