I did not say i felt undervalued, just that my payment does not reflect my current job and the bonus process does not take into account the real work we do

first too much capacity is spend on pleasing new customers with whatever functions they come up with instead of getting the basic stuff or things most existing customers want us to work on; then it is still unclear how things will turn out for the teams, hiring freeze, unclear road ahead
