ATNT/Directv management from tarlac especially OM Marjorie Cabo, really did make our lives there unbearing, People are getting sick because of her demands that is too much. Reporting in sick and still forcing you to go to work because shes gonna get lost hours. That aint right

For sitel Tarlac, none especially directv management theyre all people with big heads and doesnt care about employees at all

Make sure that the HR team in tarlac are really looking into matters that agents like me are reporting, and judge it properly and not take sides because theyre friends with management and just blindly terminate people and ignore cries from workers

Not exactly happy, I need to provide for my family, thats why I am always excited and energetic to earn money for my loved ones, Sitel is a cool company, although sitel tarlacs management need to lower their heads a bit so they can listen to us regular folks
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The pay system is bad, and under rated construction helpers earn more than us, sitel tarlac deduct you for absences but doesnt pay extra if you work more than 10days per cut off. Pay us hourly instead of monthly, so we can get our hard days of work paid properly.
