Company is good but salary managers are a challenges, leaves are promised but have to beg and ask then they r approved not wholeheartedly.u have a growth here but no job security the great leaders itself r quitting every now and then,sitel needs good leaders n good management good pay structure.

I love you my job so that makes me happy talking n helpings customers, and also I hav good colleagues nd management so there's a lot to learn from them

Few good team leaders smes and friendly colleagues is a positive vibe, also there is not much work pressure on agents in sitel that's a good part and everyone works as a team and try to acheive things

The leadership team with sitel I would say few are the best in terms of support guidance and help and few are just vice versa, management or leadership isn't upto the mark in terms of professionalism or planning or treating people.

My colleagues who left sitel earm 45% more than wat I earn and even after I got promoted I earn lesser than them,They have medical insurance and here no medical insurance other than d govt esi.The salary no one in sitel is happy hence the best of people left sitel, evn in 2yrs a hike was in hundreds
