The willing to help attitude of all of the tenured agents, and sharing of best practices.
What I like the most is our fruitful conversation in improving our performance on a weekly basis. It really helps us a lot for us to be aware with our opportunities and strengths as a customer service advocate.
I feel like my basic salary is not fair for me with my current account. I've started from a non-voice account, and now with voice account. It would be better it there is a realignment with the basic salary or increase to be fair. Thank you!
