The salary is not worth it for a difficult account. We have a lot of things to do or processes but there is no additional allowance or salary increase. This is really unfair for other accounts to handle only one point of sale but we are receiving the same basic pay and allowance.

We are servicing a lot of point of sale and trained with 3 different GDS but there is no salary increase. I'm still SDA SME until now and will be 1 year as SDA. No agreement signed about this.
