The management needs to be changed or their attitude and ways of dealing with things needs to change.

Attitude from management needs to change. Also process wise there are improvements needed. HR should be more supportive of new hires by offering proper help especially for foreigners arriving in the country.

There are nice people but it is too early to tell as the team is growing and a lot of new people has been hired lately. Unfortunately several good and knowledgeable team members has left due to how the management deals with things.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

The management seem to be more focused on what you may not do right. For compensation the way you can achieve bonus should be adjusted. Salary is also low, and are still on the level salaries was in 2013 and has not been adjusted for inflation or price rises.

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

They should stop spreading fear by telling that i.e. if you would be late unannounced a few times they would help you with not having to come to work . They need less micro management. Also it seems very unfair that missing login with 1 minute just one time would result in no bonus for that month
